1. Video walkthrough estimate. Send us a walkthrough on your phone, or we hop on a video call. No drive down. You get a written price that only changes if you add to the job.
2. We paint while you're gone. Access by lockbox, door code, or your property manager. We move the furniture and put it back, protect the floors, and handle full cleanup. You don't lift a thing.
3. Photo updates, then a final walkthrough. We send photos during the job so you always know where it stands, and a final walkthrough video when it's done.

Yes. Furniture moved and put back, floors protected, full cleanup, photo updates the whole way, and a final walkthrough video.
What does "free ceilings" actually cover?
Every room in an estimate signed by November 15, including the kitchen on cabinet jobs. See full terms at the bottom of this section.
How do you get into the house if I'm not there?
Lockbox, door code, or your property manager — whatever you're comfortable with. We coordinate access before we start and confirm every visit.
How do I know the price won't change?
Your written price is locked. It only moves if you add to the job. No surprise line items when you get back.
*Free ceiling offer applies to every room included in an estimate signed by November 15, 2026, including the kitchen on cabinet jobs. Standard flat drywall ceilings up to 12 ft, one coat, white over white. No color changes. Excludes ceilings over 12 ft or needing scaffolding; wood, tongue and groove, beamed, stained, or popcorn ceilings; and ceilings with water stains or damage that need primer or repair first. No cash value. Limited to 10 lake homes. Spring touch-up covers our workmanship through May 31.
